Terms and Conditions

Fees
All course fees are inclusive of course materials, lunch, and refreshments provided throughout the duration of the seminar.

Payment Methods
Delegates may settle the course fees directly or request an invoice to be issued to their company or sponsoring entity. 

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received no later than three (3) weeks prior to the seminar date. A non-refundable administrative fee of US$250.00 per delegate will be applied for each cancellation. Cancellations received after this deadline are non-refundable; however, substitute delegates may attend in place of the original registrant without incurring additional fees.

Ferford Capacity Developers Africa reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to course content, trainers, or schedules as necessary. Such adjustments do not entitle delegates to any refund or compensation. Comprehensive course details—including objectives, target audience, and curriculum—are provided prior to registration, and it is the responsibility of each delegate to ensure the suitability of the course.

Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is not included in the course fee. Preferential corporate rates and a limited number of rooms may be available at the course venue. Delegates requiring accommodation should arrange bookings at least three (3) weeks prior to the course commencement. All accommodations are subject to availability and governed by the hotel’s policies and terms.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates, including Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits where applicable, will be issued only to delegates who complete the entire course.

Force Majeure
Ferford Capacity Developers Africa reserves the right to postpone scheduled seminars, alter venues, or substitute instructors due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Company will exercise this right as necessary to ensure the effective delivery of its programs.
