Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern bookings for all Ferford Capacity Developers Africa training courses. By booking, you agree to these terms. Ferford Capacity Developers Africa reserves the right to update them periodically without prior notice.

1. Registration

1.1. Registration requires accurate personal details via our website booking form at https://ferford.co.za.
1.2. Submitting a form is an offer to enroll; we confirm via email with course details and access instructions.

2. Prices and Discounts

2.1. Fees may change without notice; updates posted on our site. Fees cover tuition, materials, and for in-person courses, refreshments/lunch.
2.2. 5% discount for 3+ participants from the same organization (same course only; non-combinable). Subject to availability.

3. Payment

3.1. Full payment due before course start. No installments or deferred invoicing.

4. Precedence

4.1. These terms apply exclusively to all services.
4.2. Alternative terms require our written agreement.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

5.1. All course materials are Ferford Capacity Developers Africa’s intellectual property.
5.2. Limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
5.3. No copying, distribution, or reproduction without written consent.

6. Special Requirements

We accommodate notified needs (via booking form/email) where possible.

7. Health and Safety

In-person attendees must follow venue health/safety rules.

8. Invitation Letters

8.1. Available post-full payment for visa needs.
8.2. We handle no visa arrangements or denial costs.

9. Behaviour

We may remove disruptive participants without refund.

10. Trainers

We may assign/substitute qualified trainers at our discretion.

11. Liability

11.1. No liability for actions based on course content.
11.2. Trainer opinions are personal, not ours.
11.3. Seek professional advice for specific cases.

12. Technology

Online access not guaranteed; no liability for disruptions.

13. Joining Instructions

Sent via email pre-course with details.

14. Personal Data

Processed per our Privacy Policy (GDPR/POPIA compliant). Details may be shared with trainers.

15. Cancellation and Refunds

15.1. By Participant

  • 7+ days notice: Refund minus 30% admin fee

  • <7 days: Non-refundable.

15.2. Substitution

  • 7+ days: Free.

  • <7 days: USD 250 fee or Rand Value

15.3. Transfer

To another date/subject to availability; request pre-start.

15.4. By Us

We may cancel/alter; offer transfer or full refund. No liability for your travel/accommodation costs.

16. Non-Attendance

No refund/transfer without notice; fees forfeited.
